I accept. It sucks losing Ellis, but Rinne fits the bill perfectly right now, gives me a big upgrade in net for this yr, and I have nedeljkovic in the minors who will be ready for a backup role next season and ready to take over the starting spot in 2 years. Rinne covers this gap perfectly, he can be my horse this yr and He and Nedeljkovic can split time next season and rinne can finish out his career as my backup. We also added in goligoski for mcbain, assuming this deal goes through, Flames has too many righty D and I have too many Lefty D. Mcbain is a righty, goli is a lefty, i get the younger and slightly cheaper d. Almost identical stats.

I accept. Got Magnus in FA and bringing Dubnyk gives me two good backups behind Ramo. Rinne was brought to help me get to the playoffs last season and he did that but nothing more so i need to trade him to solidify my weak defense.

Seems like underpaying for Rinne a bit. It's close enough though I think....

I have to say I agree with this.

It's all situational. I missed the playoffs by 2 pts last yr. If rinse can steal me 2 games, the rest of my team is about the same. And rinne's rate of decline matches perfectly with nedeljkovic's rate of progression.
