I accept. I get an elite center in Spezza to play behind Giroux. I get some offensive talent for the blue line (something I'm sorely lacking) and a first rnd selection that right now is worth a lot more than mine. The reasons for me going for dallas' first are obvious. Big risk, big reward possibilities.

I accept. I finally get a top Dman that I have been in the market for. Also get a defensive minded number 2 centre man in staal to take the place of Spezza. A little hesitant to give up my first but the trade off between firsts hopefully won't be as big with my new pieces coming in. Hopefully that pick doesn't come back to haunt me

Arizona is getting a stud Centreman in Spezza. And a speedster OFD in goligoski, not to mention the first rounder

All in all I think it will benefit both teams in the short and long run
