Not sure about this because i think buff is overpaying with 1st picks. I get it that Mantha is 4.5 yellow but it will take him 3 or more seasons to jump 80+ while Girgenson is already a good player and no matter if he has half star less than Mantha he will jump to a very good ovr too.

considering both first rounders Buffalo is giving Habs are in the playoffs and won't be on Habs Roster for 3 seasons I find this trade fair. Buffalo gets mantha who is the best piece in the deal. Value is good on both sides.
